I’ve worked with Jess a few times. Her calm nature, immediately puts people at ease, this soothes situations and inspires teams to follow her lead in providing outstanding customer focused service. I have had the privilege of attending a leadership training program with Jess that I can honestly say truly transformed my approach to both my professional and personal life and I have learnt so much about myself. You can tell in how Jess delivers this program what it means to her to inspire and develop every individual that she crosses paths with. A big part of the training for me reinforced the importance of active listening and empathy, which has significantly improved my interactions with teammates, friends, and family I am truly grateful that I got to take part in this training and would highly recommend it to anyone.

My son (aged 11) took part one of Jess’s sessions at school as part of his PSHE lesson. Since I also work at the school as a Teaching Assistant, I was especially interested to hear more about it. My son really enjoyed the session and Jess managed to ensure that everyone was able to take part. It was tailor-made to the group and our son said it had a really positive feel to it. The key messages she gave, about kindness and the fact that everyone has value, are so important for their generation to hear. I would definitely recommend that other children be given the opportunity to take part in one of Jess’s sessions when given the chance.

Throughout my career in customer experience, I’ve had the privilege of working with some incredible leaders—Jess being one of the most impactful and influential. One of the standout experiences of working with Jess was attending her customer service training courses. These weren’t just ordinary training sessions—they were fun, engaging, and truly inspiring. Even now, I find myself applying Jess’s lessons in my day-to-day role. Her leadership style is something I deeply admire, and I aspire to create the same kind of supportive, empowering environment for those I work with. Doing the Personal Leadership Programme course with Jess was absolutely life changing. My view on life has been completely shaken up. She helped me grow in unimaginable ways. More of an understanding to people. And more importantly myself. I don’t let silly things ruin my day now. I find it so much easier to recognise within myself what mood I’m feeling and change it to a positive attitude. Using the tools she given me, everyday I can change and become a better person. Jess is really kind and caring, she is funny too. She always has a smile on her face and that makes me smile.

I enjoyed when Jess came and did the session. It helped the students and teachers talk more openly and I liked the way she spoke to us all like we were equal. It was really fun, and everyone was able to engage with it. I loved the video she played too about lollipops
